During his exhibition, called Baixa Estima [Low self-esteem], Cicero Costa hired our services, showing concern for the safety of his photographs. He said the following about them:

"Sometimes I feel hopeless and disenchanted with the future, and most of the time I'm bent over by problems and, literally, by my posture.

For a long time, without realizing it, I photographed what my eyes found at ground level. The defects and scars of time on the floors. The passage of people, the forgotten objects and the garbage… Such records reveal my downcast gait, this way of looking for references from the bottom up, a metaphor for not throwing away or leaving behind what has hurt."

After his invitation, we from Amador e Jr. Segurança Patrimonial Ltda. we have come up with a new service called Ground. By keeping our eyes directed downwards, similar to the photographs, we were able to ensure that visitors had space to move. At the same time, with an uncommunicative look, we guarantee a second interest – the relief for visitors to move around free from the guards’ look.
